Plant & Heavy Equipment Tuning

Plant manufacturers offer a range of different power options throughout their product range. Usually lower power models are detuned versions of the higher power variants. Therefore we can unlock the extra power safely with an ecu remap /tuning.

To put it bluntly. More power. More power means less effort to do the same task . If for example your machine is working on a heavy load, uphill using most of its power to work the equipment for the job, and so struggling to maintain a speed of 5 mph with its 500bhp. Another 100bhp would enable you to perform the same task at a higher speed, reducing job times. That in turn means less downtime of the operator and will increase their productivity .
